Lead Distro AI offers tiered plans based on your monthly lead volume. Growth ($499/mo) and higher plans include unlimited campaigns and seats. The entry tiers include a set number of each: the $149 Lite plan comes with 1 seat, 4 destinations, and 2 campaigns, and the $299 Starter plan comes with 5 seats, 25 destinations, and 10 campaigns. Every plan runs the same platform.
Free Plan & Trial
Every new account starts free with no credit card: 7 days of full access to every feature, then 25 leads a month free forever. Upgrade to a paid plan anytime for higher volume, pay-per-call, and managed validation. Paid plans also collect a card at checkout.
Managing Your Subscription
- Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan and usage.
- Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing portal.
- Update your payment method or billing details anytime.
If you exceed your plan's lead limit, leads will still be processed — you'll be prompted to upgrade on your next login.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the Lead Distro AI free trial?
Every account starts with 14 days of full access, with no credit card. After that you stay on the free plan (25 leads a month, free forever) until you choose to upgrade. Paid plans add a 7-day trial and are charged to your card when that trial ends.
What plan should I start on?
Plans are tiered by monthly lead volume. Start on the lowest tier that comfortably covers your expected monthly volume. Growth and higher tiers include unlimited campaigns and seats; the Lite and Starter entry tiers include a set number of each (shown on the pricing page). You can upgrade or downgrade at any time and the change pro-rates for the current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my plan's lead limit?
Leads are still processed — distribution doesn't stop when you hit the cap. You'll see a banner on your next login prompting an upgrade. Overage charges apply per lead above the plan limit at the published overage rate (lower per-lead cost than the next plan tier up to ~150% of cap, then flips). The wallet pays overage automatically if it has balance; otherwise the card on file is charged at the end of the billing cycle.
How do I change plans?
Go to Settings → Billing → Plan and pick a different tier. Upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate the cost. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you don't lose paid-for capacity. There's no cancellation fee or required notice period — you can downgrade or cancel anytime.
What payment methods does Lead Distro AI accept?
Stripe-supported cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners). ACH debit is available on annual plans for US customers. International cards are accepted but invoiced in USD. For agencies that need to bill back to clients in their own currency, the buyer-side wallet supports manual top-ups in USD only.
Where do I find my invoices?
Settings → Billing → Invoices lists every invoice with a downloadable PDF. Invoices are also emailed to your billing contact (set this email separately from your account email in Billing settings — it actually syncs to Stripe so the legal/AP team gets receipts without needing dashboard access).
What's the wallet vs prepay model?
The wallet holds prepaid balance you can top up via Stripe at any time. Add Credit pulls from the wallet first, then falls back to the card on file. Useful for agencies who want to front-load monthly spend or who manage multiple buyers with shared funding. Configure per-buyer payment-failure policies (pause vs continue) so a buyer with a failed card doesn't block lead distribution for the whole account.
Can I connect my own Stripe account?
Yes. Agencies who want to charge their buyers directly through their own Stripe account can connect Stripe in Settings → Integrations → Stripe. Buyer-side payments flow through your Stripe instead of Lead Distro AI's. Two-click connect via Stripe OAuth, no manual key handling. Useful when you want all client payment history visible in your own Stripe dashboard rather than reconciled through Lead Distro AI.
